Wet Corn Program

In the Wet Corn Program, we'll work together to come up with a plan that works best for you. Through this program, you are encouraged to sell your corn to us at a high moisture content. The producer can realize many benefits by participating in this program.

Wet Corn vs Storage

The following chart was developed to give a comparison of selling corn directly from the field through ALCC's wet corn program at 28% moisture and harvesting that same bushel at 19% and drying to 14%.

The shrinks used in the comparison were 1.7%/point in the wet corn program and 1.3%/point in the storage program.
